"I came to return an item, and instead of issuing me credit they charged my card again, so I was charged twice for the same item that I in fact returned. Then they wouldn't talk to me on the phone and I had to waste a couple of hours to go in person to the WBP store which they were very nice and helpful. However a week later, I still don't see the credits back to my card.

"Came in to purchase front tire for my Kawasaki Voyager. Had the tire I was looking for in stock. I had the front wheel off my motorcycle with me and the store associate changed it out for me right then and there while I waited. Wait time was about 30 minutes. Would recommend this to anyone looking for tires or needing to have one changed out. Store staff was very helpful and took care of my service. Thanks"
"Went into store looking for a mesh jacket. I asked the employee if he could help me with sizing. He told me I have to just go over to jackets and try them on to see what size I was and back to looking out the front window.. Customer service nothing like the commercial on youtube"
